4.1 Φ1600/1+1+3 Main stranding body:

The first section of Φ1600 wire spool frame is connected to the second section of wire spool frame through the coupling, and the back-twisting, non-return-twisting and pre-twisting operation of the wire reel frame can be realized by disassembling or inserting the pin shaft.
The second section of Φ1600 wire spool is equipped with a twisting bow to pass the core wire released from the first wire spool. The wire spool frame and the bow frame are connected with the main shaft of the main reducer by flanges. The same as the first paragraph, the spool frame is also used to disassemble or install the pin shaft to realize the back-twist, non-back-twist and pre-twist operation of the spool frame.
The third section of Φ1600 three-disk winch cage is connected with the main transmission gear box main shaft through the coupling. Gears are installed at the rear of the winch of the winch cage, and the differential transmission mode is adopted to meet the needs of back-torque or non-back-torque.
